FOOOD…..FINALLY.!!!
Waakka….i’ve finally tasted the hostel’s plaza’s food..!!! (err….they name it plaza instead of canteen..hmmmm…well, it does sound more classy…haha..)
anyway, the funniest thing was, when i sort of ‘announced’ that i’m gonna have lunch with my buddies, there went ‘ HUH….YOU EAT…??!?!?’
haha…seriously, the whole car was laughing and surprised at my ‘announcement’…funny, haven’t they seen me eating lunch before..??
well, it’s true that this is my first time eating in the hostel’s plaza…..hmm..
anyway, FOOD IS GOOOOOOOOOOODDDD…!!!!!!
now i long for ice cream…GOSH…i’ve not tasted ice cream for almost 8 months now..!!!T^T…..
and chocolates too…..GAHHhhhhhhh…i miss the taste of chocolates and ice cream…….i’ve been holding back for so long…..GAHhhhhhhh….ICE CREAMMMmmmmm..!!!

(oh..and i miss the taste of rice..i’ve not eaten rice for 2 weeks already…..T^T)

(oh..it basically means,’ GAh, it doesn’t matter, all for the sake of diet!’….
haha….tell me people, am i too obsessed with this diet thingy..??? hmm…

from wat i heard ur frenz worried tat ur gonna faint from dieting….try to know when to control both sides.
You may eat n try exercizing instead, it helps to increase ur metabolism rate (automatic fat burning capacity), even when ur passive.

8D I agree on Kenny’s part. and LIKE WHAT THEY ALL SAY..
Breakfast is important..! you can EAT a LOT at that time waakaka..
cos the amount of calories u take in is the amount your body burns it! so if you deprived a certain a mount of calories that means ur body burns slower at that rate too!
..its all in a day of loosing weight..but exercise is and IS important too..
take an exercise in which u are comfy and able to have fun wif nya?

well, i do exercise…everyday i go to the gym to do cycling for 1/2 an hour and then after that go to the sauna for another 20 mins…haha….and i take breakfast now instead of lunch….(er…sometimes i forgot about dinner…but what the heck…haha…)
