dissapointed….so very dissapointed…

well, many of you all have heard of this certain college/university’s name and yeah, it’s a big name….but i have to say, i’m deeply dissapointed with the management here……

yes, i agree that they produce great and skilled students, but the management seriously have to improve what they are doing now or else it’ll be the downfall of a majorly big college…

as i was saying, everything there works superbly slow and the communication between collegues there aren’t really good….it’s as if, i’ve sent a document to this person, and then that very person said that he’ll send it to another person, but the other person didn’t received it…..it’s like, there’s some sort of ‘Traffic Jam’ there…

apart from that, there’s the hostel issue….let me give an example, let’s say you were to check out of a certain hotel…when you check out obviously a person would go and check your room first before you leave the vicinity of the hotel..and when that person said ok and sign on the check out form, you’re free to leave and that certifies that you have left the room at the state before you stayed…

after a few days…that very hotel calls you up and says that a towel is missing…..and wants to fine you for that….tell me something, where’s the logic in that…???

you’ve already been certified that you’ve not taken anything nor spoilt anything in the hotel room…and a checkout form has been signed by both parties saying that the condition of the room is in the same state of condition before being stayed by me….meaning the condition of the room is ok…and i’ve been given a green light by the person who checked the room to check out……so after a couple of days, they call me back and fine me…????

if anyone would be so kind to tell me….where’s the logic in that? anything could’ve happened in that couple of days…like break ins…illegal ppl staying there…..etc etc….

so this is basically what happened in the hostel of the said college/university…..i was asked to pay a fine of RM40 because they accuse me of not returning a pair of keys (which i didn’t even take)4 days after i checked out…i dun see the logic to the entire thing…

and now, i just received a call from them…..and then they apologised for wrongly accusing me…(WTH??) they said that it’s their collegue’s fault for not checking the room nicely before i checked out…WHAT IS THIS!??! what do they mean by not checking nicely???!? the 2 sets of keys were there that day and now it’s gone??

and first of all,they should’ve checked thoroughly first before they even called me….i suspect that they’ve found the keys and are not daring enough to own up to me…and how can the keys be missing in the first place?!?? who stole it is beyond my comprehension….i can only conclude this that a spiritual being has stolen it….

anyway, i’m deeply dissapointed with the management in both the college/university and hostel’s way of working…..

the college/university needs to buck up or else they’ll have an even bigger problem in the future…..most of our documents have gone missing and even some of my friend’s portfolio and passport sized photos are MIA…..as for the hostel…*shakes head* i can only say, BIG BIG DISSAPOINTMENT…….i never knew a college/university so grand can have such lousy management…..it goes to show that the saying ‘ never judge a book by it’s cover’ is true isnt’ it?

    Maybe your just purely the ideal target of blame, since they can’t stand the “kindness and innocence” that you have, HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

    Are they jealous of you possessing that quality?
